Yep, normal that it doesn’t appear though. The context menu for client 
notification will only show up when viewing a collection’s membership (or on a 
collection itself). I don’t remember if this is as designed or if it’s a 
bug/oversight though.

Hi guys,

 Tried to do a client notifcation push today, and noticed that I only see the 
option for Collections of computers, and not individual PCs.

  Here's the computer view (no client notification)

  Single Primary ~ 12 DPs or so. Finally, the port is enabled under site 
settings too!

Any pointers would be appreciated!
