I'm in the process of upgrading my secondary sites. The way I'm doing this is to get the new server up and running as far as Operating system, pre-reqs, etc. Then from the console, under Administration-Site Configuration-Sites, right-click on the secondary, choose Delete, then choose Uninstall. When that's done, I shut down the old server, then I Create Secondary Site from the console, choosing to copy the source files from the Primary. This has been working great. Today, however, I have a secondary that has been sitting at Deleting for about an hour now, which is way longer than any other has taken. I've looked through the logs directory on the primary and the secondary, and can't seem to find any logs that show the status of the uninstall. Is there a log that should be showing me information? If this ends up just being stuck, is there a command I can run to nuke it?
