I'd first have a look at the System Log and Application Log ... see if there's 
anything showing in there that are symptomatic of the problem. Guessing you'll 
see more than just printing/RDP issues at the time of the failure (and before).

Subject: [NTSysADM] RPC server unavailable


Need some help here. I have a client who started to have printing issues where 
the queue gets stuck. The user then tries to RDP into the server and gets the 
RPC server unavailable. In the event log of that machine they are connecting 
to, they get event ID 1219, Logon rejected for user. Unable to obtain Terminal 
Server User Configuration, Error: The network address is invalid.



DC and this server is question are both Server 2003.
