I’m not sure what kind of reporting you are looking for but JAMF has the SCCM plug-in for their Casper Suite. It will sync inventory data from your OSX devices in your JSS into the SCCM database for reporting purposes.

We use Casper to manage the Macs, so we don’t plan on using SCCM to manage them. From what I’ve researched, although you can deploy the SCEP agent to Macs from ConfigMgr (which we are able to do successfully), SCCM does not support SCEP reporting from Mac clients. Is this still true? If not, could someone please point me to an article that describes what we need to do to get SCEP on OS X devices to report to SCCM?
