Just a heads up that we came across the issue described in this article earlier 
and found that it also affects Distribution Points with Multicast enabled…

When you try to install the client agent on a Microsoft System Center 2012 
Configuration Manager management point that has Cumulative Update 3 for System 
Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (CU3) installed, the 
installation fails.

Fortunately, rather than removing the Distribution Point role you can just 
temporarily disable the Multicast feature, install the Client, and then 
re-enabled the Multicast feature.

I’ve fed this back to Microsoft using the article feedback facility but thought 
a heads-up on this list may be of use to others.
