When you try to install the client agent on a Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager management point that has Cumulative Update 3 for System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (CU3) installed, the installation fails. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2905359 Fortunately, rather than removing the Distribution Point role you can just temporarily disable the Multicast feature, install the Client, and then re-enabled the Multicast feature. I’ve fed this back to Microsoft using the article feedback facility but thought a heads-up on this list may be of use to others.
