This is the greatest conference of the year. The QA cannot be valued highly enough!
I can’t wait!! --- Jon Nordin From: listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com [mailto:listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com] On Behalf Of Brian Mason Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2016 10:41 AM To: ms...@lists.myitforum.com Subject: RE: [mssms] Training and conferences ________________________________ *** External Email *** ________________________________ Perfect adjustment 2Pint! Note to speakers: attendees are perfectly free to leave for another session after 60 minutes. It's no insult to you! ☺ Attendees must not need to go deep or possibly you did so well they have no questions. Note to attendees: you should feel free to leave after 60 minutes, but know that you might be missing out on the best part! Choose carefully. Comments from evals show that the 2nd half of sessions is generally the most valuable and is something you just don't get elsewhere. _________________________ Brian Mason MCTS, MS MVP Enterprise Mobility http://mnscug.org/ http://mmsmoa.com/ From: listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com> [mailto:listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com] On Behalf Of Andreas Hammarskjöld Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2016 2:26 AM To: ms...@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:ms...@lists.myitforum.com> Subject: RE: [mssms] Training and conferences Yeah, and from the feedback from last year we will structure our sessions slightly different. As we see the demo + Q&A as the most important for people to get a good glimpse of what the technology can do, we will structure it like this: 1. Kick-ass demo 2. Q&A 3. Detailed Info of how this actually sits together As we cover 1 & 2 in the first 50mins we can spend the remaining time really digging into the details with people that wants to know how to implement this in detail without boring the rest of the audience that just want to see the “sing & dance” routine. ☺ //Andreas From: listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com> [mailto:listsadmin@lists.myitforum.com] On Behalf Of Phil Wilcock Sent: den 13 april 2016 04:48 To: ms...@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:ms...@lists.myitforum.com> Subject: RE: [mssms] Training and conferences Thanks Mike, but don’t worry – plenty of people will be heading for the doors during our sessions ☺ Have a great MMS and see you there! Thanks for the tip Daniel. I didn’t know the sessions were structured like that. That’s actually a huge relief. My very first MMS session is Phil and Andreas’ from 2Pint. I hated the thought of being rude by getting up and leaving half way through to catch the next session. Thanks for the tip. I owe you one. Keep in mind sessions are 50 minutes of content and 60 minutes of Q&A. Some sessions will have 0 Q&A, so you will have a free hour to go catch another session. The great news? All sessions are about 2 minutes from each other, tops, and plenty of standing room in the back. Now that pretty much all of the sessions have been scheduled I have so many conflicts to work out. The sessions that are off-set from each other are the worst. I can’t really get up and leave in the middle of one session to catch the start of another. Nor can I walk in half-way through a session. So much content!
