Funny,
I have an ongoing correspondence with them which I felt was going slower than 
it should. I attributed that to our size and was about to give up. Knowing 
this, I will hang in there.

That's sad.

We migrated from them to ESET a few months ago. ESET functions fine, but man in 
their console not intuitive - way more complex and difficult to navigate than 
VIPRE.
