I have to say I agree with Rod. I don't think I have ever posted an 'issue' to a blog post.
If I have an issue, I do a few things: · Reach out to the community · Contact our TAM · Open a case · Post on Connect I honestly don't see how anyone could expect to get support from a blog comment?!
