Hmm, I don't have a Pull Distribution Point tab, either, which would make me 
think the DP is not a pull DP.

Is it configured as a pull DP? If so you will not see those tabs you have to 
use a client policy to configure BITS.

Did they do away with rate limits to the DPs?  I'm looking at the properties of 
my DPs, and I'm not seeing a rate limit tab, or a Schedule tab.  The DP is 
definitely remote from the primary site, so I'm not sure why I don't see these 
tabs.
