bore some links to carbon fiber frames. Although the
rage and envy of people (me too), plain old fiberglass
would make a super replacement for steel. I found one
company that makes CF wheels that are MOT and DOT
approved! We can't change battery technology, but we
can certainly make our projects as light as possible.

Doug, from his blog, makes an excellent point about
fiberglass being another option. Although I am not
too sure that it would be good as a frame, but as a
battery box or re-enforcement to an aluminum or steel
frame. I figure that about the same time the eighties
kitcars were big, there should be some links out there
on this. Can anyone offer some help on links for this?
