I just read EZEsport's response printed in the April CW. I am still trying to find the right words to respond to Kevin Cameron without sounding like an @$$.
Several of the points I wish to tackle: 1. His dislike of the hybrid Gen-Ryu because it is a huge 50's streamlined shape. Has he failed to see the similarities between the Gen-Ryu and the large Harley's with compartments on compartments? 2. His comments are a far departure from the earlier favorable report from 1967. One comment from that earlier article stated along the lines of sticking it to the oil "Man." 3. This month's comment about wanting something new in the way of motorcycle styling. Electric would be the perfect choice in this regard. Especially with less worry about the more stringent EPA emission standards. 4. If there is not a future in electric motorcycles then FIA would not have their EVN cup motorcycle racing that has been going strong since 2000.
