Is anyone on here from texas or ever lived here and titled something without a vin? I'm having issues getting mine titled even though they said it was possible on the phone when I called they now say I can't since it appears not to be custom made and a motorcycle with the vin removed when they see it in person.
I almost bought a similar motorcycle just to transfer everything onto at the time I didn't think it was worth it.
Any suggestions are welcome. But my wife will kill me if it involved starting over and throwing out what I bought.
