Isn't it redundant to use the words 'broken down' and 'Ford' in the same sentence?
Perhaps sometimes, but this van has been a sweet deal. We bought it several years ago with around 75K miles on it and it now has almost 180K. We've had to fix a few things over that span, but not enough to complain about. It's just plain worn out now and has a cylinder that is low on compression. When we decided to replace it we spent a couple of weeks looking over our options, and in the end decided to just look around for another one. So now we have a second one, same year, same model which is sitting at 80K miles :-)

Man, you guys are out there piling up the miles on your bikes! I think I've got less than 100 on the CBR. Maybe it's time I stop screwing with it and just ride it.

Well it depends. There are lots of little things on my motorcycle that I need to get to still, but I am too busy riding it all the time. I'm not really a motorcycle person, and I'm not really detailed oriented, so I can ride around in perfect bliss even though some things really need attention. Perhaps you would not get as much enjoyment out of those 3100 miles that I have.
