The batterypack is probably one that they assembled
from A123 cells, as per the evalbum and this pic

 Gowheel.com and ev-battery.com are supposed to be
working together (I think that they are one and the
same but I cannot confirm that) and got a little movie
stint that got featured on thekneeslider.com about
their smaller size batts cranking over a v-twin.

As per plausibility, I want to see more specs and an
empirical performance graph at given speeds and
distances.  Hopefully, they will make an appearance at
an ev-rally or big name bike rallies and showcase
their wares.  Then we can get other peoples opinion
also.  I wish them luck.
