Mike,
I don't think this charger will play well with AGM batteries. These are
typically for 'golf cart' batteries. Ones you can overcharge and just add
some water monthly. I believe this charger just runs till the timer quits.
The current will taper off as the battery voltage comes up. But you might
be able to get away with adding a cheap and dirty regulator to make this
work? I'd avoid shipping from an island though.....
