The root of the BILB (Brother-in-law Button) comes from my
brother-in-law. He's a "hold my beer and watch this" sort of guy.
A lot (most? all?) of controllers have a half power pin. Shorting this
pin to battery + will take the controller to half power. I usually flip
this switch when I let someone ride my bike for the very first time.
