Mike it looks to me like thats a standard K bike fairing with a short windscreen. The chase bikes in the Tour look
pretty standard OEM to my eye. The older R100RS-RT fairing is better regarded ( I had one for 20 years) but there are
lots of K bikes around and they don't command a premium price.
