Can you give more detail? If the > current rating is 100 amp at 48 volt (3500 rpm) then the rating might only > be 65 amp at 24 volt (1750 rpm). Than the rating might be slightly higher at 60 or 72 v I gather. This would mean the motor could safely produce a lot more power at higher voltages, providing the higher forces don't outweigh the additional cooling. This relationship seems to be difficult to understand without more information and testing.
