Nope, no info or specs available on any of the 2 sites
I know of ( http://bettimoto.com and
http://www.elettroracing.it ) What I can do for you
is give you performance using video distances and
times.

Things to keep in mind is that one lap of the
Autodromo del Umbria track in Magione is 2.507 km
long, but is cut in half as seen on the video.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v424/slodown27/autodromehalf.jpg
This means that according to the FIA rules a race
must be 20 km or roughly 16 laps on this short course.
Unfortunately due to the video editting, there is not
a continuous footage for a full lap to time and
calculate performance and avrage speed. This leaves
measuring performance from video distances and
dividing the time it takes to travel that distance.
Again unfortunately, this type of measuring is very
subjective, prone to errors, and it will only apply to
each video clip.

Anyways back on topic, finding a known distance, each
red square and white square is roughly 1m long. (Or
the length of the cycles could be used too. Or if
track length per turn and straight is posted) These
squares are mainly on the turns and chicanes and all
that has to be done is count the squares and choose
the start-stop points based on the squares. So then
using a stop watch that can go into the tenths or
hundredths (NOT the video timer which is not accurate
enough)measure the time it takes for a vehicle to
travel from one point to the next. Then using the
formula ((meters / seconds traveled) * 60 sec to a
minute * 60 min to a hr) / 1000 meters to a km = kmph
OR, use google, fill in the ?blanks, and type "
convert ? meters per ? sec to kph ". (kph can be
replaced with "miles per hr" for automatic conversion
for US miles. GOTTA LOVE GOOGLE!)

For marking purposes, I am gonna label the turns as
video minutes, but I am using a stopwatch for real
timing and summarize the video as best as I can.

6:37-6:46 start to turn1=56mph(91kph)
6:54-6:56 turn=31mph(51kph)
7:01-7:03 turn=45mph(72kph)
7:04-7:06 turn=30mph(49kph)
7:07-7:09 short straight=37mph(59kph)
7:27-7:29 turn=34mph(55kph)
7:38-7:46 straight to turn1=72mph(117kph)
8:07-8:11 turn=35mph(56kph)

I am not gonna measure the smaller class race. Hope
this helps with getting an idea of how fast they were
going.
