Well, it is a shorter 4 brush motor though that should be plenty of motor for a 
motorcycle.  I think $250 is a good price for a motor that you can potentially 
use as is.  You could always send it to Jim later if it needs some working up.  
It will cost you a little in freight and some for Jim's magic, but you probably 
have found a nice motor that will work well for $250.  I sold one very similar 
to that last spring for $400 without hardly trying.  You can always offer them 
less and see what happens.
