The Volta (EVC) is located in Boulder, CO. I got to see the prototype
that John Bidwell worked out the mechanical and electric bits on...
basically the front 3/4 of the bike is foreign designed originally for
a gas scoot, John did a new swing-arm design with an Etek at the time,
it looks like the motor has changed (and has 3 size options). I did
not see it under power unfortunately (cause it was seecrit - lol).
This past summer I saw what looked like the finished product, but
again not under power. The quality looked good, not cheap looking like
some of the scoots out there. Pricing is not bad. I wonder if it is
really shipping, how sales are.
