We need to get an accurate count of the number of EVs expected and their
charging requirements in order to prepare sufficient ad-hoc temporary
charging facilities.  I will be sending out another email specifically to
request this information about who intends to come with what EVs.

An evening feature film will be shown, not yet decided which film, but "Who
Killed the Electric Car?" is one of three films under consideration, the
other two being "11th Hour" and "An Artic Tale".  We need to put some
pressure on the event organizers to show WKtEC.  Only *you* can make that
happen if enough of you contact the event organizers at the contact info
below and ask them to please show WKtEC!  Please write/call both Jennifer
and Natalia, and please be courteous and respectful in requesting that they
show WKtEC.

We're working on a new charging station at this location but are not sure if
we will have it up and running by the time of this event.  In any case,
there are a couple of 30-50A/208V outlets within the facility.  I know that
one of them is a 14-30 outlet, not sure about the others.  You'll need a
50-foot charging cable.
