Andrew, and others,

Somehow, I wound up on the Volt Email list. I'm of the opinion that they're
serious (perhaps even desperate) about making the Volt, and making it.. uh,
right.

We'll see in a few years I guess. (Note that I did not say two years!)

In the meantime, Here's a link to the "production version" of the Volt.
There's some comment about modding the thing in the wind tunnel (OK, maybe for
some of it..., otherwise, I'm hearing hype), in order to meet their range
expectations.

Mind you, it's only a teaser photo- just a little detail of the front end.
What I find cool is the comments on the bottom (blog, if you will) from
'normal' people like you and I. I bet GM filters those comments pretty
carefully,
though, so they're not horribly negative- just LOOK balanced. You know?

Still, I think it's going to come off as a mini- Camaro- not a bad thing. I
bet it loses the all-glass roof. (I'd rather have a large sunroof- a
retractable hard top is far too much to ask for)

Anyway, here's the link. Hope you all are having a great weekend. I'm still
laughing about the snow shovels I bought in the Orlando Target last year for
$1.48 each. I took a couple up to Maryland, and they've been quite handy!

On the latest show. I'm proud of the commitment of you all. Keep up the good
work, please!!!
