Click on the picture you want, and then select "Full Size" at the top left. To save the picture, Right click and select "Save Picture As". At the bottom of the Save Picture window, you can select "JPEG" or "Bitmap" from "Save as type". I usually save pictures in both formats, "JPEG" is used most often, I'm not sure of all the uses for the "Bitmap" format.
