Wow. You are a super organizer, Michael! Yes, Sarasota is good for us since we
drive a PHEV. You know your local pure EVers and their ranges, so let that be
your guide for where to have these functions. Also, Michele has some goals for
various locations and we can try to meet those goals when possible.

I sent this today and got a very quick response from Michele. I'll try to
get in touch with her by phone tomorrow to discuss it further. Looks like we
have a winner for the date of the next meeting. Only difference (although BIG
difference) is the location will be in Sarasota if You think this is a good
idea Fran. If you found another place to hold your mini concert then of course
we'll go with that. This of course would be an ALL REGIONAL event and
hopefully we can get people from all over the state to come to this one.
Things are happening fast! The date for this one would be July 26th to
coincide with Fran and EVI's visit.
I'd like to request that someone with experience dealing with the media
generate the press release. Maybe Andrew can give us the layout of the press
releases that FLEAA sends out?
Also who has the Original Copy of Who Killed the Electric Car and we need to
see if we need permission from the producers to show it in a public forum.

West Coast Electric Auto Association.
We are partnering with the Electric Vehicle Iniative in their visit to the
Tampa Bay Area.
We and EVI would like to paticipant with Sarasota in the promotion of
Electric Vehicles.
Fran with EVI has spoken with you in regards to their visit to the area. If
we could arrange our monthly meeting to coincide with EVI on the 26th of July
where we could show "Who Killed the Electric Car" and be able to answer any
questions regarding electric vehicles. There are members of the clubs that
have electric vehicles that they use on a daily basis.
