In response to Fran's recent posting, I would like to introduce Black Bay Technologies, a new conversion company located in Tarpon Springs in the Tampa Bay area. We convert gas-powered vehicles to electric drive and design and build custom electric vehicles, including an electric trike that goes 80 mph, a 100+ mph electric sportscar and an electric off-road vehicle. We are also involved in research and development of various sub-systems for electric vehicles including high efficiency EV propulsion systems, kinetic energy storage systems, capacitor charging systems and electronic power controls.

Thanks, George Hey, Everyone, Since the Press Release for the EVI went up on the FLEAA site I am beginning to get calls from people who are wanting to convert their older cars to electric. I know of Steve Clunn in Boca's conversion company. I need to know about other companies in Florida who are doing conversions. Shawn, do we have a list of the companies in FL who are doing conversions and their contact info? I would like to help with the process of referring interested folks. Also I would like to know where our members are who have NEVs, etc. for sale. Also, do members have used EVs for sale? We want to get these newly interested folks *connected*. Thanks.
