The Solar Knight solar-powered race car was at an event hosted by the Florida Solar Energy Center last year and we met a gentleman who was building his own lithium-ion, lithium-potassium, etc. battery banks for electric vehicles. Unfortunately, I have misplaced his contact info. Some of my former students have moved on to the University of Florida and are starting up a UF solar racing team and need some expertise about lithium batteries.
