1. Yes we use it 2. Durr. 3. I cannot wait until MS releases a groove that isn't a complete hacked product which duplicates the functionality of the rest of their back office suite in inferior ways. It suffers from "just bought a company"-itis.
Groove is a great "proof of concept" program, but is no where near enterprise ready. HOPEFULLY the next version should fix that, though.
