Do the email addresses [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> make use of incoming email in
SharePoint, and is there a List event receiver attached to the list with
incoming email enabled?

So when someone sends an email to subscribe, a list item is created, and then
the list event receiver fires up to process the email received?

Or does it work simpler than that?
