Hi Pete, We have noted this as an issue at our site, attempting to set everything we could to UK (sites, ssp, locale of all service users, etc) has not resolved the problem. Raised this as an issue to Microsoft through our Dedicated Support Engineer, and it was supposedly raised as an issue through Premier Support, but so far no action seems to have been taken on the issue, so we have just put up with it (have just sent a chase email about this to our DSE - will let you know if there is any update on the issue). If it is considered a "major" problem for you guys, I would suggest one possible solution would be to write your own workflows in Studio, but it seems like a lot of work to me simply to resolve a date format.
