I don't know of any third party web parts available and it's not available OOTB, but it wouldn't take too much to create your own. You can use the API to loop through the list and match the item id's to those selected by the checkbox's and perform the action. I'd go with the custom web part and custom menu action. The user then clicks the Action menu and it will perform that action on all selected List Items.
