I'd say, Use the Content Query WebPart to rollup the lists, they apply a filter to create the desired view.
If you need more / other columns to show, modify the itemstyle.xsl and the .webpart This blog gives a clear view of how to do that: http://www.heathersolomon.com/blog/articles/CustomItemStyle.aspx good luck Hans Molleman | SharePoint Consultant |livePoint | SharePoint Solutions E [EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>| w +61 2 9929 6333 | m +61 (0) 449 09 909 5 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of MacDonald, Mike Sent: Thursday, 28 February 2008 2:42 To: [email protected] Subject: [OzMOSS] Join 2 List into 1 View Does anyone know how to pull information from 2(or more) separate lists and combine that information into one view? For example I have some list items in List A that I want to combine with some items in List B to make one view? I am trying to cut down on the number of lists that I create :) Thank you, Mike ------------------------------------------------------------------- OzMOSS.com - to unsubscribe from this list, send a message back to the list with 'unsubscribe' as the subject.
