I'd say,

Use the Content Query WebPart to rollup the lists, they apply a filter to
create the desired view.

If you need more / other columns to show, modify the itemstyle.xsl and the
.webpart
This blog gives a clear view of how to do that:

good luck

Subject: [OzMOSS] Join 2 List into 1 View

Does anyone know how to pull information from 2(or more) separate lists and
combine that information into one view? For example I have some list items in
List A that I want to combine with some items in List B to make one view?

I am trying to cut down on the number of lists that I create :)

Thank you,

Mike
