TIPS was the tool that worked with SPS 2003 that Unique World developed. I believe Tower bought the software back and then renamed it to something like ITCS. I did get hold of a demo web cast of the inbuilt funcitonality of this adapter and it was pretty impressive, although at that time, it wasn't ready for release and they were having problems getting it installed. Best to talk to Tower direct.
