InfoPath conditional formatting is pretty straightforward. You can use Rules to show/hide sections based upon user interaction with the form. The main piece of advice I'd give is to design and create your schema first then use this to layout the form - don't create controls directly as your data source will be a mess. This is especially relevant as you'll be wanting to show/hide entire sections which you can do easily if you group your data source logically first. I can highly recommend the following site: www.infopathdev.com. There are good tutorial examples and a knowledgeable forum if you get stuck. Hope this helps, David.

Has anybody done this and could share any of the gotcha's or difficulties in achieving this. Before you answer, I know branching is supported using the OOTB Survey List however, the Survey List in my opinion is only suitable for simple survey's and has the following limitations: * No support for heading text * No support for grouping of questions (for large survey it is useful to allow users to jump between sections of survey questions) * No support for additional descriptive text for a question (can't even fudge this by including the text in the question text box because it doesn't support rich text) Any shared experiences would be appreciated.
