SPD seems to show everything (same as SharePoint Spy). You could write a quick windows console app and use the api to delete it...or use powershell to find it and delete it using API.

But I can’t find the way to do this by OOTB features. I can remove file via Sharepoint Designer, but wonder to know how to do it without SPD I can see that page in SharePointSPY, but cant’ see via “Content and Structure” sharepoint men u. Any recommendation how to delete the specific pages from sites without SPD?
