Start with some basics or talk with experts like the guys at MacroView.... http://www.macroview.com.au Anyway, the three areas you mentioned require three different people/approaches.... You might even want to consider to get each developer to focus on one area first! 1. Installation/Best Practices....There are a few courses - or a customised one like MacroView does might suit you.... 2. Development...Deployment can be a nightmare as well depending. Get someone experienced at this! 3. Reporting and Dashboards....Get SharePoint up and running first ....and then we can talk.....
