Hi Jonathan, Your not the only one experiencing headaches with cross domain calls with SilverLight 1.1, it's not very developer friendly! However I believe that SilverLight 2.0 (release to be in early March for Mix 08) will have a more elegant solution to this problem. I believe the Silverlight team have re-engineered a better way of performing cross-domain calls that doesn't require the annoying workarounds we're currently forced to do. I wish I had more information regarding this... March 08 is when all will be revealed. Regards

Hi, I'm really getting annoyed with the cross domain restriction for web services. I know exactly why it's there but it doesn't make it easy to debug when I'm using shared hosting. At the moment I have to upload the new web service code and then recompile the SL app against it before uploading. Is anyone else having trouble with this or have any suggestions.
