fix them should they exist?

Not sure this is a DeepZoom limitation or an 'understanding' limitation...
re: manually tracking zoom

http://silverlightearth.com/2b2/ now supports direct
search/linking<http://conceptdev.blogspot.com/2008/06/silverlightdeepzoomearth-beta-3.html>such
as show
Sydney at zoom "15" with Google Topo map
tiles<http://silverlightearth.com/2b2/?q=Sydney&z=15&m=earthgt>but I
was having 'issues' with the "Zoom Factor" concept.

What I wanted to achieve was jumping to 'absolute' zoom levels but it seems
like the MSI control currently requires you to 'keep track' of how far in
you've zoomed yourself, then do the math if you want to zoom back out again
- am I missing something??

I'm talking specifically about ZoomAboutLogicalPoint() here (also, why does
a method that _says_ it takes a Point actually take X, Y). I get the
impression I could use ViewportWidth too...
http://silverlight.idvsolutions.com/ has a zoom slider so i guess they have
figured it out.

OT: if you keep zooming in ('zoom factor' as displayed > 100,000) you get a
funny wobble - is that the Springs?

OT2: I did manage to have the entire browser "crash" on me once during
testing - something about a 'shader' error (i have two MSIs overlaid, with
transparent overlay images)... but was in a rush and didn't capture more
detail... will keep an eye out.
