Yeah, its under source control, when i issue a build solution, the silverlight project trys to create the xap file in the standard project, but because that already exists under source control it complains access denied.
I'll exclude the xap from the build should do the trick. Thanks Perry. Files are read-only when they are source controlled. You would have to set your *.xap to be ignored from source control. If not try unlinking the SL app and re-linking.
