Hey Muhammad, SL doesn't actually require anything special on the system to be deployed. It will even work when embedded in a HTML file : )
But... The SL sever controls require that .NET 3.5 is installed on the server. The site should be packaged with the System.Web.Silverlight.dll so your asp:silverlight controls will work no problem.
