Hi Brian,   All I can say is that I've done it before into a Virtual Server, and it was no different to a bare-metal install.   I assume you're doing a workgroup install?   The best advice that I can give is: Give it as much RAM and the fastest disks you can Follow the TFSInstall.chm guide to the letter, assume nothing.
