[OzTFS] Changing the size of fields on a work item template

Hi All,   Another simple, and yet probably strangely complex, problem.   How can I go about changing the size of fields on a work item template?  I am currently using PTE to change the layout of my work item, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to make a field any larger than the default.
