Team Build is ok, but lacks ease of use.  It has hooks for adding custom tasks into the build at certain points.  However, it only works (easily) with the Microsoft technologies like MSBuild, MSTest and TFS.   You can setup CI with Team Build using Check-in Events.  There are plenty of articles out there on how to do it.

There is TeamCity by JetBrains.  I don't know anything about it other than it exists.  I'm not sure if even supports MSTest or TFS.  So, it's probably out of the question for almost anyone on this list.

I'm not sure about Team Integrator.  I've stayed away from it because I have to install .NET 3.0.  That usually means for me that I need to create a Virtual Server separate from my TFS box(s).  I think they should get there tool working under .NET 2.0 if they want to be taken serious in the CI space.

There are a few others out there which I won't repeat.  Check out this article:

Of course then there is CruiseControl.  I am partial to it - I work for ThoughtWorks and helped write the TFS source control plug-in for it.  It was the original of the CI tools for .NET.  It supports almost all SCC.  You can use MSBuild and Nant.  It supports MSTest and NUnit.  It's very extensible and you can do just about whatever you want.  It's been used on pretty much every .NET project at ThoughtWorks, and many, many other companies have used it as a solution.  Specific to TFS, I've used it for over a year on a project that was running TFS, MSTest and MSBuild for both CI and automated deployments.    Another advantage is that it supports so many other SCC systems and it's tied to MSBuild and NUnit.  So, you aren't "limited" to using it for projects with very specific technologies being used.
