Hi Justin, I know this is not what you want, but have you considered modifying the process template so that people *can't* transition from resolved -> closed?
Grab the process template editor from here: http://www.gotdotnet.com/workspaces/releases/viewuploads.aspx?id=812a68af-5e74-48c6-9623-1a4469142a84 And you should be able to modify the allowed state transitions. As far as reporting on it goes, it should be possible - all the work item current states and previous states are available in the warehouse. I don't have time to look for it at the moment. If you don't get an answer off the list, try posting to the MSDN forums. http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=480&SiteID=1 Regards, Grant On 11/28/06, Justin Gould <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi, I'm looking to run a report to show which users are jumping transitions we have states of resolved, in test , test passed and closed – I would like to report on people going from resolved to closed – directly.
