I'll apologize in advance for the probable noob question, but something's
just not making any sense to me.

First some background:
- Isolated development
- Whenever testing needs to happen, work is checked in and the solution is
built to the Testing server
- Testers then access Testing server to do their job

Let's say Developer A finishes their project, and checks in their work. An
error/design flaw/etc. is found in the work, and needs to be pulled back.
If anything then needs to be built before the fix is made, you'll have to
build the checked-in work (with the error/design flaw/etc.). I know
shelving needs to come in here at some point, but I'm not sure where yet.
Can someone enlighten me, or point me in the direction where I can find
something that will help me learn this concept?

Thanks.

Matt
