Do you have the ability to create a separate build machine? If you do I would then suggest that you create a dedicated build server that matches your target deployment configuration. In your case this would be Windows 2003 32bit. I would then install all the necessary software to build your application including TFS build. When you say that you have TFS build on 64bit Server what do you mean. Is TFS installed on the 64 bit machine or is only the build server component?
