Has anybody come across an error like this before in the event logs?

 

Exception Message: A connection was successfully established with the
server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake.
(provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - Not enough storage is available to
complete this operation.) (type SqlException)
