Thanks a lot,

This fixed the problem. Several of my entries had negative x
co-ordinates which pushed them off the screen.

I have two monitors that got confused 2 days ago when someone remotely
logged onto my machine and my primary display settings were changed.

Cheers
Sean

Subject: RE: [OzTFS] TFS Workspace issues

Sean,

Have you tried

    - Click the Edit Workspace... button directly, and does it still hang?
If yes, then your problem lies somewhere else.

I had these wierd problems with a number of my TFS dialog boxes not
responding (including the Edit Workspace...). I dug deep to find out the
issue was related to UI settings somehow getting corrupted i.e. out of
whack.

Check out UISettings.Config in \<<your profile>>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Team Foundation\1.0\Cache\ folder This file has UI
co-ordinates for all dialog boxes in Team Explorer. I had at least 7 of
these going out of my screen co-ordinates. Fixed them and teh problem went
away.

It may not be related to your problem, but I I thought this would be useful
for others in case they are in a similar situation like me.

Hope it helps.

Cheers,
YM

Subject: [OzTFS] TFS Workspace issues

I am getting some strange behavior out of my TFS setup.

TFS seems to hang on several operations including the following:

- Undo a change

- Request to view a history change set (from history view)

- Click the Edit Workspace.. button

It is acting like there is some kind of problem accessing the TFS data store
for the data needed. However this problem seems to be only restricted to
the Visual Studio IDE as I was able to perform an Undo via the Team
Foundation Sidekicks tool from Attrice.

I am currently copying my source code and blowing away my workspaces in an
attempt to get this working again in Visual Studio.

Any ideas or comments would be warmly welcomed.

Cheers
Sean
