I've had a few people ask me how to setup a TFS development server, so I
thought I'd share it for the benefit of the list.

The easiest way to get a personal development server to muck around with
TFS customisations, etc is to download the training VPC.

5GB VSTS Training VPC (aka VSTS in a box)

If however, you want a development server that matches your production
environment, you will need to perform a backup + install new TFS server
+ restore databases + change InstanceID GUID

Changing the instanceID after restoring a backup
