Thanks for prompt support, this is what
I got from the infrastructure side :
1) You can't use MS Certificate Service in your organizations sine
it will affect the AD Certificate schema on your organizations.
2) In your organizations, if you implement the VPN, the user can
connect using the VPN and use the secured environment without adding any
overhead cost to your organizations.

Hi Mostafa,
You have 2-3 options:
1. If all your client machines are part of a domain, then you can
install MS Certificate Services and issue a SSL certificate from there.
2. If all your client machines are NOT part of a domain, you have
two more options
a. Use MS Certificate Services and add the "Root CA" certificate
to the "Trusted Root CA's" folder on each non-domain machine, or
b. Purchase a SSL Certificate from a third party and use that
certificate.
I have done installations in all 3 scenarios, and they are all valid.

Anybody install and use MS Certificate authority without using a third
